Felline Salento Fiano

Rich, bright straw yellow in color. On the nose, aromas of pastries, butter cookies and very ripe apricots with delicate undertones of orange zest and a floral aftertaste. The palate, initially beautifully full and creamily textured with yellow fruit notes, changes in the mouth, becoming massively bitter on the finish.

Fiano is an Italian grape varietal commonly compared to off-dry unoaked Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.
