Sage Rat Scrublands

Sage Rat's Super Tuscan-esque red blend from the Yakima Valley has soft tannins that balance with nice, fresh acidity. The palate is fruit-forward with dark cherries, blue and black berries followed closely by herbal notes and a gentle earthiness. Easy- drinking, but structured enough to pair with any meal.
